Between 9:40-10:35am, a partial outage of our Cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, resulted in reduced performance and intermittent API call failures across both the Match and ID endpoints. Once Amazon Web Service engineers resolved this issue, both API endpoints returned to their normal performance levels.
